This means that when you purchase equipment from us, you gain exclusive access to our service department when you need it. Our service technicians are highly trained and ready to handle tune-ups, maintenance, and any issues you may have with your equipment throughout its lifetime. We also have a large inventory of OEM parts on hand, as well as access to your service history and status, which makes for a quicker turnaround. You can feel confident knowing that you have a team that has your back for life.

For in-season equipment (during the Summer months) equipment service turn-around for equipment purchased at NRPE, is typically 1 to 2 work days at the following times: Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.
We do our best to complete smaller repairs same day. Snow Equipment is usually same day, or while you wait during storms. These times are dependent on a number of factors, and they may vary.
We also offer pickup and delivery if you need help getting your equipment to us. Please call for details.
March and April are typically the busiest months for our service department due to season service maintenance for lawn equipment heading into Spring. To beat the March madness, we recommend bringing your equipment in for annual maintenance and repairs anytime from January through the middle of March.
You may be wondering, what about plow service during the winter? We get it - most storms don’t arrive during normal business hours. Our Service and Parts Departments are open during significant snow storms and we do not increase the labor or parts charges during these times.
Our service department is open year-round. It's common to bring equipment in for maintenance during the off season so you'll be ready to go once the weather breaks. Give us a call to see how the service department is looking and when would be a good time to bring in your equipment.
We are open to the public and our customers include landscaping professionals, homeowners, municipalities, churches, schools, and small businesses.
Independence Day Hours
We will be closed for Independence Day - beginning Saturday, July 2nd - Monday, July 4th. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, July 5th.
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
Satuday: 8am - Noon
